: My husband and I were so impressed with this quaint, charming hotel. The location was perfect and our room was overlooking the canal. The service was excellent and the rooms were immaculate.
I will look forward to visiting this hotel in the future and will highly reccommend this to others.

: My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this charming little hotel in the heart of venice in Jan. 2004. The two romantic suites deserve a "5 star" rating in terms of value for money. They are spacious and very well decorated. Staff was very friendly. The hotel had a very familiar touch with only eight rooms. Except for one room everything is located on one floor.
The owner showed us the other rooms which also were inviting and in very good condition.
We very much liked the high ceiling - appr. 5 meters, some remainings of old frescos have been restored.
Breakfast was OK but nothing special.
Sometimes noises from motor boats, passing over the canal disturbed a little.
